About	False Cape State Park is a pristine maritime forest and coastline situated at 4,321 acres and 5.9 miles from the ocean, stretching to the North Carolina border. It is one of the last undisturbed coastal areas on the East Coast. The park includes traditional camping and a comprehensive system of environmental education. False Cape has an opportunity to explore nature in one-of-a-kind surroundings. Visitors can spend an hour exploring the park in Barbour Hill contact station town. The park has primitive camping facilities and tents and has 12 sites. Drinking water is accessible at three locations, all in Barbour Hill's section near the contact station and close to the two campgrounds. The False Cape State Park Rangers are always there to help visitors, and they maintain the trail well.
