About	First Landing State Park is one of the best hiking trails in Virginia Beach. The park features marshes, maritime forests, hiking, and canoe trails. It covers 2,888 acres of land. It has more than nineteen miles of hiking trails winding through the natural environment, guided ecological kayaking tours to explore the marshes and bays, and an exhibits visitor center. Park presents opportunities for discovering a natural ecosystem with lagoons, large cypress trees, and uncommon plants. The entrance offers access to the launch and beach of the Narrows ferry, bike path, and hiking trails. You can also stay overnight in the park and campsite in the park. The campsite has the facilities of water and electric hook-ups and nearby access to restrooms and showers. First Landing State Park includes 19 miles of trails. It is one of the most popular places for fishing and crabbing is in the Narrows.
