| About | Hidden Falls Regional Park approximately 6.7 miles of paved roads; the park offers a beautiful environment for a stroll, run or ride in the afternoon. The parks provide a free outdoor exercise program offered all summer long. It has an open shelter that covers 12 out of 16 picnic tables and has roughly 60 seats. Visitors can take a quick walk through the woods to find a hidden waterfall fed by the rain. Hidden Falls Regional Park has plenty of grassy space and picnic areas to choose from and you can also get down on a quiet sandy beach by the shore. Walking farther up the main trail will take the hiker to an area of gravel beach below Lock and Dam 1. Hidden Falls Regional Park is a great place to bring the family, and dogs are allowed in the park. |
