About | Chihuly Garden and Glass is a museum in the Seattle Center showcasing the studio glass of Dale Chihuly. It provides the inspiration and influences that shape artist Dale Chihuly's career. It provides the visitors an in-depth look at the important collection of works by Chihuly; the glasshouse presents a 1,400-piece suspended, 100-foot-long sculpture. A suspended 1,400-piece, 100-foot-long sculpture is displayed in the greenhouse, and the garden is a backdrop for four majestic carvings and other installations. The exhibition hall includes eight galleries and three drawing walls that give visitors a detailed overview of Chihuly's famous work series. Chihuly Garden and Glass afford free admission for children four and under. Through its community partners, Chihuly Garden and Glass support opportunities for education and involvement in the arts. |
