About	The Virginia Living Museum is a 501(c) 3 non-profit museum and education center. It connects people to nature through cultural experiences that promote preservation. It is a science center, aquarium, zoo, nature park, and a planetarium with live animals or plants in their natural habitats. The VLM is home to more than 250 species in Virginia, including reptiles, mammals, birds, and fish. Visitors can view 700 plant and animal species, including the bobcat, red wolf, otter, and bald eagle. They provide a sanctuary for orphaned, non-releasable, or injured animals. Visitors can also explore their new permanent outdoor dinosaur discovery trail with 16 life-like paleo camps, dinosaurs, and dig a pit. Explore Virginia's natural world while creating lifetime memories with your family. The Virginia Living Museum offers free admission for members.
