About	The Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge is a place to step into nature and see the native wildlife that calls the Refuge home. Bison, deer, raptors, songbirds, waterfowl, prairie dogs, and coyotes are just a few of the animals you will see on your visit. You can enjoy 20 miles of easy hiking trails, and some trails are open to bicycling. Lake trails feature a boardwalk over the water. Take the Refuge's 11-mile Wildlife Drive in your vehicle to see bison, deer, hawks, waterfowl and more. Recreation opportunities include hiking, bicycling, seasonal catch-and-release fishing, archery range, and wildlife viewing and photography. The Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge is open from sunrise to sunset, and visiting is free.
