Tourists can also enjoy a canoe launch in the park and a four-mile hard-faced trail that is part of the campion trail system in town. The park offers an outdoor basketball court, cricket field, playground, large picnic pavilion, seating areas, tables, and grills. Mountain Creek Preserve has paved trails that are 12 feet wide. It is about a mile from the parking area to the marker. It is a spot where you can enjoy walking with your family. The main section of the park has a half-mile paved oval trail.
