About	Bolton Yoga School is run by Tony Gaskell & Amanda Hurst. Their passion is to make yoga available to all so that they can enjoy the wonderful benefits that can be given to mind and body by both pursuits. They offer yoga classes to suit all levels from beginner to advanced. Tony discovered the advantages of yoga while pursuing a promising public sector career. He has taken the opportunity to liberate himself from the shackles of government service and create a company that shares with the world everything he enjoys. For over 20 years, Amanda has been practising yoga in and around Bolton. She is interested in how the 8 yoga limbs merge the mind, body and breath to build stability, power and flexibility.
