About	Dudley Zoo and Castle was opened in May 1937 and occupied about 40 acres of land. By the third Earl of Dudley idea, the grounds of Dudley Castle is transformed into zoological gardens. It is a beautiful zoo, with many of the buildings being Tecton-designed animal enclosures. For the eight decades, it has been The world's largest single collection of Tectons. The zoo has more than 1300 animals and 200 species. In the zoo, the animal rooms look tidy and well designed. The workers are welcoming and accommodating, beginning to end. Dudley Zoo and Castle are featured with wheelchair accessible.
