About	Roker Park is a great place to go and play or relax with the children. It is a beautiful place to visit at any time of the year. There are two play areas for the children, with one especially for tots, and both are kept lovely and clean. The park provides plenty of areas to run around, kick a football about or play frisbee. Roker Park has lovely floral displays, water features to enjoy and during the winter and wonderful display of lights. There is a children's railway, basketball, tennis courts, play areas and model boating lake. The park plays host to a variety of seasonal theatre productions and events.
