About	Singapore Musical Box Museum is an iconic place of culture dating back to the 19th and early 20th centuries. It aims to share the short history of musical boxes and how they made their way to Singapore. The museum displays the 1800s and 1900s music boxes from European and Asian versions. Singapore Musical Box Museum has shown that Singapore has performed an integral part in the progress and development of music boxes in South-East Asia during this timeframe. It also explains the historical background from the rise to the fall of the musical boxes. It offers research, education and, above all, the conservation of such artefacts for future generations in Singapore. It provides free admission for children (under six years of age and accompanied by an adult).
