The temple is also known as the temple of 1,000 lights. The temple has the tallest Buddha statue, standing 15 feet high above the ground. This statue is rimmed with an infinite chain of 100 colourful icon lamps, which weighs more than 3000 tons making the temple more beautiful and attractive. The base of the statue is a fresco depicting Buddha's life events, created from the legendary Bodhi tree.
