About	Mangala Vihara Buddhist Temple welcomes all members and devotees to meditate at the shrine hall during the opening hours of the temple. Mangala Vihara Buddhist Temple was established by the late Tripitakacarya Sri Saddharma Vagisvara Upsddhayaya M M Mahaweera Maha Nayaka Thero. The Singapore Buddhist Pali Society, whose devotees were registered as members, was the brainchild of their late founder. Their Shrine Hall occupied most of the ground floor with the kitchen, Honorary Treasurer’s and Honorary Secretary’s rooms. The second-floor houses lecture-cum-library hall and the Sangha (Monks) quarters. Their sincerity and full concentration will give holy protection and spiritual blessing to oneself and those who hear the chanting. They provide Dhamma Classes in the temple every Sunday from 9:30 am to 12:00 noon.
