About | Royal Alberta Museum is a natural and human history museum in Edmonton, Alberta. It is the biggest museum in western Canada, with more than 7,600 square meters of floor space and 38,900 square meters of display space. Around 1989 and 2001, 175 travelling exhibits were displayed in the museum. In addition, it has a gallery of the natural and cultural world of Alberta. The collections are divided into four main categories as life science, earth science, human history, and collections Services. The gallery is a place for younger tourists to interact, play and understand, including sections such as Alberta, Dig Pit, Toddler Field, Chautauqua, Makerspace, Community Gallery. Children (6 and under) can enjoy the museum with free admission. |
