About	Sandra Scott is the Clinic Director of Thrive Counselling. She earned her Clinical Master degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Winnipeg. Sandra focuses on a client-centred, strengths-based, inclusive, affirming and non-judgmental systemic perspective. She uses an experiential approach with a foundation of self-compassion and mindfulness. Sandra is a member of the CCPA, with a CCC (Certified Canadian Counsellor) designation. She is also a member of the CAMFT. Sandra also encourages digging deep to find your authentic self.
