| About | 'Communications Tower' was built over the years 1967 to 1968; this Shepparton Tower introduced microwave technology to Shepparton by the then Telecom Australia. The Tower is 76.2 meters high (250 feet) with a 35-meter high visitor observation, 160 steps access this deck. The observation deck provides 360 views over the town and the countryside surrounding it. The Tower has also become renowned for fitness training and Tower Races. It affords free entry.
