About	Lotus Yoga is a well-established yoga studio which is located in Winston Salem. Lotus Yoga is a brand new Yoga Studio & Registered Yoga School through the Yoga Alliance. The studio was founded by the long-time practitioner and teacher Chloë Craver with her family and husband Neil Craver's support. You can find the two practisings and teaching nearly every day at the studio. They are passionate about educating the community on true potential and helping their clients move past limiting beliefs so that they can unlock the lifestyle they most desire. Lotus Yoga's classes range from beginner to experienced, with everything in between. From Ashtanga, vinyasa, yin & yoga basics, they have various great offerings from some of the area's premier teachers. They offer Livestream and private Livestream, online, and in-person yoga classes. Their new Virtual Membership includes unlimited Replays of previous classes, access to all Livestream classes (5 per week), and one in-person visit per month.
