About	Spirit Of Yoga was created out of the award-winning private college, Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA), which provided a Yoga Alliance approved Teacher Training program for the past twelve years. The yoga studio offers a full range of classes from beginning to advanced, taught by deeply experienced instructors. Spirit Of Yoga teaches the 8-limbs of yoga goes beyond just the physical practice of yoga (asana); their emphasis is on the mind-body-spirit connection inherent within yoga.
