Spirit of Yoga is a brand new, world-class auxiliary facility for Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Practice. Their Yoga Studio facility and location have changed, but the mission remains the same to offer Yoga Classes that are affordable, flexible, and transformational. Spirit of Yoga is open 365 days a year, offers 38 classes per week from meditative to high energy.
