About	Body4Yoga is a privately owned studio committed to creating a welcoming space for every individual. Olga Portela-Casanova and Diana McCarthy are the founders of Body4Yoga. Whether you are first-time here, new to fitness, or if you have practiced for a while and love to find new ways to keep moving, Body4Yoga is your community. Their yoga studio is a place where you can take a break from your day-to-day routine and breathe, let go, and recharge. They have been offering various yoga classes ranging from Hot Yoga Vinyasa to Kids Yoga and Gentle and Prenatal Yoga. Body4Yoga also offers Private Yoga Sessions (individual or group), Private Personal Training, and corporate yoga off-site and on-site. The first class is free to Dade and Broward county residents. Yoga4Kids is an interactive Kids Yoga class specifically designed for kids ranging in age from 5 through 12. They are bringing Yoga4Kids back to the studio on the last Saturday of each month at 9:00 am.
