She began her practice of yoga over ten years ago. At Heartfelt Yoga Studio, she builds a sacred and magical place to practice yoga. All Levels Vinyasa is accessible to all students, though foundations are designed to help newer yoga students find their style. They offer a wide variety of classes at Heartfelt. Dirty Double Thirty is a mixed detox/restoration class perfect for kicking the week off right. Their Hot & Spicy practice lets adventurous souls get funky and experimental experiences. During daytime classes, you may park your vehicles in the residential spots; in the evening, you're allowed to park in the SNA, BaseTwo, & Fireball Press spots.
