His teaching style has been heavily influenced by the Iyengar method, where the key principles are alignment and safety. He uses his knowledge to create therapeutically focused classes. Jeff studied for three years at the Iyengar Institute of San Francisco for teacher training. He currently takes classes from master teacher Gabriel Halpern in Chicago. Jeff also holds a B.A. in Recreation with an emphasis in therapeutics and is a Massage Therapist at the AYC. Their yoga studio specializes in safe Yoga for everybody. They also offer the best massage therapy. Online-Monthly class subscriptions are available at $50 per household. |
