Their team uses only the freshest ingredients to prepare their dishes. They do not add MSG to their broths, resulting in a clean, light, and distinctly developed flavor in their pho. Each bowl comes with a side of Thai basil, bean sprouts, and a ginger-garlic-chile dipping sauce. Most of their regular customers like their vermicelli noodles because that is made with cucumbers, carrots, daikon, bean sprouts, lettuce, cilantro, and peanuts.
