About	Vedge is the vegan restaurant serving inventive vegan & vegetarian small plates in a charming old mansion. It was founded by James Beard-nominated Chefs Rich Landau and Kate Jacoby. Vedge has been offering an exciting dining experience inspired by seasonal vegetables since 2011. Its mission is to demonstrate the creativity and satisfaction of vegetable cuisine. Vedge's bar features natural wines from about 70 different producers, craft beers, and a creative cocktail list to compliment the dinner. Their menu changes seasonally. They serve dinner in indoor, outdoor seating with covered/heated cabins. Don't forget to try their Dessert varieties like citrus cheesecake, chocolate uber chunk, key lime custard tart, ice cream & sorbet. Enjoy their happy hour specials from Tuesday to Friday 5 pm to 7 pm. Their Gift Cards do not expire and are honored at their other locations.
