About	Achievement Plus is locally owned and operated by Chuck Davis, a retired Navy officer and Chesapeake Public Schools high school math teacher. The center has over 200 qualified tutors to provide help you from pre-Kindergarten to the adult level. Their goal is to offer qualified tutors to help students to achieve their best. They attempt to match student availability and needs with tutors near them. Achievement Plus provides one-on-one tutoring in the convenience of your home, and they have been helping students fulfill their potential. They do this through personalized instruction, working hand-in-hand with the student’s classroom teachers when possible for the most efficient learning. Their tutors come to you, and there is no contract you have to sign.
