About	SakiTumi is a local, independently owned sushi restaurant, and has been since it's beginning in November of 2006. Rich Kuk, managing partner & head chef, has been with SakiTumi since 2010. Jimmy Waters, the managing partner, ensures the front of the house runs smooth as silk and has been with them since 2011. Patrick Fowler is their Sunday brunch bartender and is responsible for some super delicious breakfast cocktails. SakiTumi features four large tables in addition to a semi-private room that holds up to 12 people. They offer gift cards. Try their famous Kobe burger, Saki-Salmon & Lobster Wontons.
