Bill Alles, the owner of Churchill's Steakhouse, comes from a long line of meat traders. They provide a Chicago-style quality and atmosphere that can only be matched in the Windy City. All their beef is purely USDA Prime, from mid-western cattle, corn-fed and dry-aged, and all steaks are continued to serve with garlic mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, finely baked bread, and imported butter.
