| About | LB Steak is a classic American steakhouse operated by Chef-Owner Roland Passot, which serves naturally-grown and organic beef, fresh seasonal produce, and healthy seafood. The restaurant offers a seasonal menu comprising hand-cut Prime Angus Steaks from the Midwest, imported A5 Japanese Wagyu, and sustainably caught seafood. Their USDA Certified prime Angus steaks are aged and hand-cut in their butcher shop; bone-in selections are served with their housemade wagyu butter. Their exquisite wine list features a variety of domestic and imported wines and a curated collection of glass wines. LB Steak has a patio, with 30 seating on either side, complete with heaters and wide curtains closed for a more intimate setting.
