It was opened under the leadership of its eponymous founder, Chief Edward Gozdz, formerly The Old Homestead Steakhouse in Manhattan's world-famous Meat Packing District. It is located in a renovated 1800's historic building. This steakhouse offers the finest New York Style steaks, chops, and seafood in a relaxed, upscale environment. Edward's two elegantly decorated dining rooms and classic Prohibition-era bar are the ideal venues for casual evenings and larger gatherings. At Edward's Steak House, private dining is available for groups of up to 40 guests.
