| About | Chris's Steak & Seafood House was built more than 50 years ago and has lived on through the years. The current owner, Greg Kalevas, entered Chris more than 38 years ago as an apprentice. He was eager to learn, working alongside Chris and his friend, Luke. After Chris' retirement, Greg quickly became a partner and eventual owner. They offer the finest in-house, hand-cut Angus and USDA Beef, cooked to perfection over hardwood coals in their open hearth. Their steaks are hand-cut and trimmed, then expertly cooked over their open-hearth charcoal grill.
