Chamas do Brazil, which is Flames of Brazil, and their unique form of roasting beef is based on the centuries-old custom of Gaucho, known as churrasco. Churrasco developed in Southern Brazil, where Gauchos pierced various forms of meat and grilled it over open flamed pits.
