The nightly live cajun music in Prejean 's Restaurant complements a decor featuring Acadian artifacts lining the walls and hanging from the rafters. Their famous fourteen-foot alligator caught in the Grand Chenier swamp of Louisiana sits right in the middle of the dining room guarding the culinary medals. Prejean's serves traditional Cajun cuisine about 15 minutes from the interstate outside Baton Rouge.
