It is a different culture from traditional restaurants since you pay after you eat via the honor system, and you can make your own cocktail sauce. AW Shucks Oyster Bar has maintained the significance of a beachfront atmosphere seafood shack since 1983. They have inside seating, outdoor patio, wall to wall TV's, and excellent staff. They have plenty of crackers and paper towels at the tables. The drink glasses are large, and the portion sizes are as well. All wait staff was friendly and attentive from beginning to end. You can pay at the counter on the way out. They also deliver your order hot & fresh right to your car. You must try the crawfish, catfish, and fried shrimp.
