| About | Memorial Park is a multi-use park located in Colorado Springs. It has a 1.25-mile prospect lake fitness trail around it, used for biking and jogging. The park is Colorado's second-largest skate park at 40,000 square feet. The park features multiple baseball fields, tennis courts, an aquatic center, an ice skating center, basketball courts, bicycle velodrome, sand volleyball, and many multi-use sports fields. There are playground and picnic areas that can be reserved for groups. Memorial Park has a competition-size skate area that is completely free for the public. There are three sized playgrounds a big kid-sized, a little kid-sized, and a toddler-sized. In park pond/lake is quite peaceful it is filled with children. |
