About	Dr. Jay E. Fisher obtained a B.A. cum laude with Distinction in Psychology from Ohio State University (OSU). He also got his Master's in Education in Counseling from Kent State University, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP). Dr. Jay E. Fisher was awarded the Phillippe Reed Lawson Memorial Scholarship in Psychology in 1973. He presented a paper based on a parenting course that he developed for his doctoral dissertation. Dr. Jay E. Fisher has special training and experience in treating anxiety, depression, and stress in adults. He is exceptionally skilled at developing a friendly rapport with children at their level of development. He combines play and traditional therapy when working with younger children.
