About	Dr. Julia C. Stevenson is a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon certified board who was born and raised in Columbus, OH. She is grateful for the exceptional educational support she earned from the Columbus Public Schools and the Columbus Girls School. She received her doctorate at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, PA. After completing her medical education, she completed a rigorous residency in plastic surgery at Penn State Hershey and was the first African-American to graduate from the prestigious program. Dr. Julia C. Stevenson has a passion for community outreach in addition to her medical practice and is a member of the EVMS-Sentara Neighborhood Advisory Board to resolve health inequities in Hampton Roads.
