| About | The Southern California Railway Museum, located in Perris, CA, has over 200 vintage train cars and locomotives from Los Angeles and the West. Its mission is to educate the public about the railway transportation history of Southern California and the West. Visitors can ride the trains and trolleys, visit many exhibits, enjoy the park, and get tours from museum docents. They can experience riding in one of the early Los Angeles streetcars and a more modern PCC on the Loop Line. This 100-acre museum is open 7 days a week and often hosts special events and programs. The museum grounds are open daily from 9am. 5pm. Trains and trolleys run every weekend. The Southern California Railway Museum offers free train rides for kids under 5. |
