About | The Irvine Museum educates children and the public about the importance of art through its outreach programs and preserves the aesthetic beauty of California's cultural heritage. It has three exhibitions a year in addition to traveling exhibitions. The 2500 square feet features changing rotation of exhibits. The museum strives to protect and celebrate California art and encourage new generations of artists, scholars, and patrons. The Irvine Museum has published eighteen excellent and beautifully illustrated books and numerous DVDs and notecards. These are available in the Museum Bookstore & Online Store. The Museum offers free school visits for students in grades 3 – 12. Here, admission is complimentary and open to the public. Parking is also free for museum visitors. The parking garage is located at the intersection of Martin and Von Karman Avenue. |
