The museum gives a way to rediscover America’s film pioneers and see their extraordinary work in an authentic setting. They have many talented, professional pianists to accompany the film to give it that exceptional touch. They have a list of movies for your private party, including the original version of King Kong (1933) with Faye Wray. They also offer weekday tours and activities for school groups to fill their day of fun in Niles. You can rent the Museum & Theater to hold a lecture-discussion, a musical concert or movie showing for family/friends. As a 501C3 non-profit corporation, the Niles Essanay Silent Film Museum accepts tax-deductible contributions in archival collections, donations, and grants.
