The facility's mission is to pay tribute to NASCAR legends and build an everlasting memorial to the drivers, crew members, team owners, and others who have influenced the sport in the past, present, and future. The 5-acre area also features a privately built 19-story office building and an extension to the Charlotte Convention Center of 102,000 square feet, enhanced by a 40,000 square-foot ballroom.
