Settebello was built over a decade ago to re-create Pizza Napoletana as it has been made in Napoli for more than 200 years. Their pizzaiolos use first-rate ingredients, including San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella added to a soft dough, taking about one minute to cook, in a Neapolitan, handmade, artisan oven at 900 degrees.
