It is a family-owned and operated company with indoor and outdoor play areas an outdoor potty area. All pets sleep in bedrooms that have beds and heated/ac. They cater to older pet's needs and hard-to-handle dogs. You can have your pets picked up and dropped off, and they will do any pet errands. They're experienced in bandanas or bows, haircuts for giant breeds, hand-scissor trim & clipping.
