| About | Dr. Stuart M. Rosenblum is an experienced pain medicine specialist in Portland. He received his specialty training in anesthesia and pain medicine from the University of Virginia. Dr. Stuart opened the first Portland-based Pain Clinic at Legacy Emanuel Hospital almost 20 years ago.
