About	Dr. Daniel A. Lazar graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 1998, and he finished a residency at the University of Washington School of Medicine. He is a board-certified neurosurgeon and a UW assistant professor of Neurological Surgery. Dr. Daniel specializes in diagnosing and treating complex spinal disorders and performs minimally invasive spine surgery, gamma knife radiosurgery, and skull-base surgeries. He also evaluates and treats his patients as individuals, employing state-of-the-art diagnostic and surgical techniques to provide the best outcome possible.
