About	Dr. Geoff Appelboom is a board-certified neurosurgeon who obtained his education from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California. He finished his fellowship at the Stanford University. He is an expert in modern brain and spine surgery and uses state-of-the-art technology. He specializes in complex spine surgeries, including revisions surgeries and 2nd opinions, and frequently he works closely with orthopedic surgeons in their complex cases. He has high-level knowledge in performing conservative spine surgery, including laminectomy, cervical and lumbar discectomy, and fusions. Dr. Geoff is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the North American Spine Society, and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons. He has written more than 90 research papers, authored four book chapters, and has worked on editorial boards for five medical journals. He is fluent in French, Dutch, and Spanish.
