About	Dr. Rosa Bell is a board-certified neurologist who graduated from the University Of Tennessee Health Science Center College Of Medicine. She finished her neurology residency at The University of Cincinnati. Subsequently, She obtained a Clinical Neurophysiology fellowship from The Univ. of Cincinnati and Children's Hospital Medical Center, gaining specialized competence in Electrocorticography and Brian Mapping in Evaluation of Patients for Surgery to Eliminate and Control Seizures. She is the founder of the Neurological Care Center of Montgomery. She treats all kinds of neurological conditions of the human nervous system, from simple to complex. She believes in staying current and implementing current and cutting-edge technologies in her practice. She constantly attends lectures at Columbia Univ., Harvard University, and has been a Presenter at Institutions such as Wake Forrest.
