It was started in 2011 as a tiny 100 square foot taco stands inside an Oceanfront Bar in Jacksonville, Florida. Corner Taco's owner and founder is Chris Dickerson. He completed the Chef's apprenticeship program at The Cloister Hotel on Sea Island. Corner Taco has a wood-burning grill fueled by local Pecan wood to make every dish fresh daily. Most of their regular customers like their fresh thyme vinaigrette grilled chicken taco because that is served with shaved cabbage, cilantro, lime, and sweet chile plus lemon sauce.
