About	Dr. Alexander Kaplan is the founder of Eureka Dental Group and has more than two decades of practice concentrating in several areas of dental application. He proudly followed his father’s tracks into dentistry and got his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1989 from Moscow Dental University.
