About	'Frank Lloyd Wright's Allen House' is a Prairie Style home in Wichita, Kansas, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1915 for former Kansas Governor Henry Justin Allen and his wife, Elsie. The house is one of the 20th century's vast places. The architect's last of the famous brick prairie houses highlighted horizontal lines, earth tones, and a constant mixing of interiors with the exterior. The home contains over 30 pieces of Wright-designed furniture, all of its original art glass, and many new-for-their-time inventions, such as wall-hanging water closets and an attached garage. The building exemplifies the concept of living in harmony with nature by Frank Lloyd Wright.
