About | Bob Hope Theatre is a beautiful historic theatre located in the heart of Downtown Stockton. Bob Hope was founded in 1999, and it's a national touristic attraction. A marble mosaic floor occupies an area of 1200 square feet in the lobby center. The stone was imported from Italy, and a Canadian artist had designed the building. Fox Theatres was a large chain of grand cinema palaces built primarily in the 1920s and 1930s on the west coast. There are 2,042 seats at the theatre. Bob Hope Theatre hosts comedies, shows, and family activities during the year. The theatre also houses a Robert Morton theater organ from 1928, which came from the Seattle Fox Theatre, which was demolished more than 40 years ago. It boasts concessions, bathroom facilities, state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and rigging systems. Available for private parties and corporate events. |
